As an Airbnb housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our properties are clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and turning over properties after each guest’s stay, ensuring that everything is in perfect order for the next guest.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and will be responsible for managing all customer inquiries and complaints. You will work closely with our team of cohosting experts to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Familiarity with Airbnb is a plus
